How we verify
A listing is ✓ Verified only after a person at Summonable has actually checked it. Every verified listing shows the date, the method and what we found.
Methods
- Licence checked on a public register. We found the provider on the official public register for their profession (for example a bar, notary, medical or sworn-translator register).
- Paid test job. We hired them for a real, small job and checked the result, the price charged and the turnaround.
- Video call with the provider. We spoke to the provider and confirmed their identity and what they offer.
What "unverified" means
Every listing is reviewed by a person for spam and obvious problems before it goes live, but an unverified listing's claims (licences, prices, turnaround) haven't been checked.
What we don't do
Summonable is a directory. We don't take part in hires, hold payments or guarantee outcomes. Where we have a business relationship with a listed provider, the listing says so.
